Our platform serves as a central hub where your people can easily access their benefits, recognition, and company news. By providing one central space for communication, appreciation, and perks, you foster stronger connectivity and workplace community, ensuring that every employee has equal access to the information and tools that enhance their experience at work.

Effortlessly Elevate Your Workplace Community

With Each Person’s Latest News feature, super admins can easily share updates that keep everyone connected, from announcements and job opportunities to images and key documents. Making your platform the go-to hub for keeping your team informed and engaged, ensuring everyone stays up to date! Here’s how to get started:

Step 1: Log in to your Each Person account.

Step 2: Once on your dashboard, navigate to the menu on the left and select “Wellbeing” then “Latest News” from the drop-down options.  

Step 3: Then, select on one of the green links below the plus symbol.

Step 4: Fill in the form, click save and it’ll appear on the platform, both on your recognition feed and on the Latest News page.

Step 5: Connect with Viva Engage to effortlessly share updates across your organisation.

Step 6: Need to tweak something later? Not to worry, you can edit your post anytime.

Once published, your Latest News will be uploaded directly to the central recognition feed so that everyone can see what's happening within their workplace.
