We spoke with Chris Last to learn more about his journey, his vision, and why now is the time to rethink how we value people at work.
“I’ve been immersed in the reward, recognition, and benefits sector since 2007, working closely with clients to craft strategies that genuinely support and celebrate their workforce. Over the years, I’ve held roles across Sales, Partnerships, Product Development, Commercial Strategy, and Operations, giving me a uniquely holistic view of what organisations need to recruit, retain, and recognise talent. This breadth of experience allows me to deliver solutions that are both commercially sound and deeply employee-centric.”
