Each Person Roll Out Employee Benefits Across Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) is launching a new employee benefits, rewards, and recognition programme for nearly 5,000 employees, in partnership with Each Person. The initiative aims to boost staff wellbeing, enhance recognition, and support retention across the Trust.

Through this collaboration, CPFT aims to enhance the culture of recognition within the organisation. The Each Person platform streamlines how staff are celebrated and acknowledged for their hard work and ongoing dedication. This means that key milestones such as long service are commended, and organisation-wide appreciation is made possible through nominations and awards.

Deskless employees are 43% more likely to feel undervalued and lack recognition, according to Employee News1. To address this gap, CPFT is launching with Each Person’s mobile app to maximise accessibility and engagement for employees who work on their feet. The Each Person platform facilitates instant, virtual peer-to-peer recognition across the Trust through Ecards, connecting employees through a culture of regular mutual appreciation.

The Trust sought a solution that would both replace and simplify their nominations and awards process. The Each Person platform supports the organisation of awards, automatically collecting nominations, and selecting a winner, eliminating the traditional manual process.

Hosting regular, customised awards enables CPFT to directly align with their PRIDE values: Professionalism, Respect, Innovation, Dignity and Empowerment. Employees will be able to nominate their colleagues based on these criteria, allowing the Trust to promote engagement with recognition culture, together with their core ethos.

Rachel King, Recruitment Services & HR Project Lead, CPFT, said: “The Each Person platform, which is free with no associated costs to the Trust, will give us the opportunity to recognise colleagues who go above and beyond, or celebrate a special milestone or birthday, or take advantage of benefits and discounts for us all.”
