Each Person has launched a new initiative in a move to elevate employee wellbeing across the NHS. The scheme targets financial, physical, and mental wellbeing, offering a free Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) that provides comprehensive support to healthcare workers across the NHS.
A study by NHS Charities Together found that three in four NHS staff have struggled with their mental health in the last year1. The provision of widely accessible mental wellbeing support that is readily available to all employees intends to uplift productivity and staff retention across the NHS.
The EAP provides access to a 24/7 confidential helpline, counselling sessions, and legal and financial advice with no waiting list. The service also extends to offer tailored support for dependents, ensuring NHS staff receive a comprehensive wellbeing solution.
