Haxby Group has launched with Each Person, offering their 350+ employees access to a central platform for rewards, peer-to-peer recognition, and Automated Milestones.
The Each Person platform provides employees with a central hub, where they can access essential information, useful links and appreciation tools in a move to enhance engagement, connectivity and workplace culture across the business.
Healthcare organisations across the UK continue to face increasing pressures, with staff wellbeing and retention high on the agenda. In response, Haxby Group has partnered with Each Person to provide employees with access to recognition and engagement tools designed to support workplace culture.

Each Person’s aim is to streamline administrative tasks for employers and HR departments through solutions such as reporting and automation. At Haxby Group, the platform’s Milestones function delivers birthday celebrations automatically, ensuring these occasions are marked consistently and on time. This reinforces to employees that they are recognised, important, and valued.
Recognition is facilitated through the platform’s Ecard functionality. This allows users to choose an Ecard from a library that covers simple gratuity, celebrating religious occasions and key life events. By making peer-to-peer recognition accessible and meaningful, the platform helps foster positivity across the organisation.
Charlotte Deller shared: “We were finding that clinical colleagues were getting a lot of recognition from patients, but there wasn't really a way for staff to recognise each other, especially non-clinical staff. The Each Person platform allows this to happen with ease. Now all staff have the opportunity to be recognised for the amazing work they do.”
