How To Design Your Own Employee Surveys

Are you looking to transform communication and job satisfaction across your organisation? It’s simple! The survey feature is available for all Super Admins. Here’s how you can get started:

Step 1

Click on the “Surveys” section in your HR Dashboard.  

Step 2

Create your title and use the drop-down menu to choose your question type.

Step 3

By clicking “Add Question”, you can mix and match as many questions and question types as you like!  

Step 4

Once you’ve finished drafting your survey, simply click “Create Survey” to submit it for approval.

Step 5

Once your employee survey has been submitted, it will appear under your “Survey List”. Your Customer Success Manager will handle it from here, approving your survey and creating a shareable link!  

Step 6

Any approved surveys will be shown as “Published”, and you can make any of them live by using the toggle from inactive to live.  

Please note: Only one survey can be active at a time.

Step 7

Your people can respond to your survey by clicking the “Feedback” button on the right of their dashboard.

Step 8

You can easily view all feedback from your team by pressing “View Details" under the survey details column.
