Tailormade Employee Benefits for Every Team

Want to revolutionise benefits engagement across your organisation? Here’s how to get started:

Super Admins can tailor benefits by navigating to “People Settings” and selecting the new “Salary Bands” section. From here, administrators can create and edit as many different salary bands as needed.

Once added, a salary band can be applied when setting up new benefits. Simply go to “Admin” > “Benefits Configuration”. The eligibility for benefits can be modified to include specific teams, roles, salary bands, or duration of service.
