NHS-funded ADHD support through Right to Choose for eligible employees

This new collaboration helps eligible employees in England access NHS-funded ADHD assessment, diagnosis and treatment through the Right to Choose pathway, without paying privately.
At Each Person, we believe employee benefits should be practical, relevant and make a real difference. That’s why we’re proud to partner with Well Life Clinic to help more eligible employees access NHS-funded ADHD assessment and treatment through the Right to Choose pathway.
For many people, challenges with focus, organisation, time management, task completion and mental overload can affect daily life both at work and at home, highlighting the importance of accessible mental wellbeing support. For those seeking support, the path to an ADHD assessment can often feel long, confusing and difficult to navigate.
This partnership is designed to make that journey clearer, simpler and easier to act on.
Through Well Life Clinic, eligible adults in England who are registered with a GP can access consultant-led ADHD assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing support through the NHS Right to Choose pathway. For eligible patients, care is funded by the NHS, meaning there is no need to pay privately for assessment or treatment.
This gives employees a more straightforward route to support, while giving employers another practical way to strengthen their wellbeing offering with something relevant, meaningful and genuinely useful.
Dr Hijab Khan, ADHD Clinical Lead at the Well Life Clinic, states: “The NHS Right to Choose ADHD pathway is transforming access to care for many patients. By reducing barriers to assessment and treatment, it helps people gain clarity about their symptoms sooner and access the support they need to thrive at work and in everyday life. At Well Life Clinic, we see firsthand the positive impact that an accurate diagnosis and personalised treatment plan can have, enabling people to better understand their symptoms, unlock their potential and significantly improve their quality of life.”

We believe this places Each Person among the earlier employee benefits providers in the UK to offer access to this kind of NHS-funded ADHD support through Right to Choose.
It also reflects a broader shift in how employers think about wellbeing support, not just as a promise, but as something practical and genuinely useful to employees.
