How to view your company’s activity

1. Navigate to the Dashboard, setting date ranges and exporting data

You can view you companies activity from the Recognition Manager overview screen (the first screen when you log in) here you will see an overview of your company’s activity. By default, this screen will show graphs for the past week.

You can edit the time period by either selecting a preset time period using the clock icon or entering specific dates into the start and end date fields.

If you want to export this data to Microsoft Excel, select “Export all”. A pop-up message will inform you that your export is in progress. Once it is complete and ready to view, you will receive an email. You are able to download the report, click on the messages icon at the top of the page and select the file. 

2. View your companies leaderboard for more detail

To see more detail of ecard usage by department and employee, you will need to select “Browse” in the section titled “Departments” in the left-hand side menu.

This will show ecards sent per department and per username, along with the reasons selected for each ecard.

Once again, you can edit the time period by either selecting a preset time period using the clock icon or entering specific dates into the start and end date fields.

If you want to export this data to Microsoft Excel, select “Export all”. A pop-up message will inform you that your export is in progress.
