How to reset your Each Person password

Getting started with Each Person

1. Click “Forgot your password?” on login screen

First, navigate to admin.eachperson.com, or epoints.com on your Google Chrome browser. Click on ‘Forgot your password?’ below the sign in entry fields.

If you have not logged into the Recognition Manager before, you will need to set up a password before you can log in.

2. Enter your email address and click ‘Reset my password’

Complete this page by entering the email address registered to your account and click ‘Reset my password’.
The page will reload and show a message telling you to check your email.

If you’ve entered an email address that is not recognised, you will receive an error message. Please try again or contact support.

3. Unique replacement password

You will receive an email from support@epoints.com. In this email you will have a unique replacement password. Use this code instead of your password on our website.

If you cannot find this email, check your spam/junk folder.

4. Enter a new password

Once you have entered the unique replacement password you will be asked to create a new password. Decide on your new password and enter this into the password fields. It will need to be at least 6 characters in length.

Once you’ve completed this, click ‘Change’, and you’re ready to log in.
