Making Workplace Ecards More Impactful for Your Team

This September, our dedicated team at Each Person has brought fresh updates to your ecard feed, ensuring that employees not only get the most out of the benefits available to them, but also that the recognition experience is as smooth and easy as possible.  

Recognition is most powerful when it’s seen and shared, which is why these updates focus on improving visibility and making every Ecard even more impactful.

Making Sure Your Ecards Stand Out

We designed the Grouped Ecard enhancement to bring every recognition moment into view, from peer-to-peer moments to company-wide celebrations. The recognition feed will work exactly as it did before, ensuring a streamlined experience for you and your people. However, to build on this, we've made enhancements that simplify browsing the latest appreciation actions across your organisation. Now, when you send your Ecards to multiple recipients, these will be grouped into a single visual.  

Previously, every individual Ecard sent was displayed separately on the feed, including duplicate Ecards and company-wide recognition campaigns. This update maintains the visibility of recognition while also ensuring that peer-to-peer recognition is never lost.  

Now, Grouped Ecards will appear in a stack on the feed. A complete list of recipients will still be available by simply clicking on the recipient field in the top left corner of the Ecard tile. Similarly, if every person in the organisation is sent an Ecard, this will appear as sent to “Everyone”.

Introducing Ecard Links

As part of our September release, we’re introducing Ecard links, a new capability that takes Ecards beyond simple recognition by allowing users to share direct access to relevant benefits, perks and more. HR teams can link to wellbeing resources, training opportunities, or new initiatives directly within an Ecard, turning recognition into a gateway to lasting engagement.
