Our SMS capability is breaking that tradition. This feature enables our users get a text message notification as soon as they are sent appreciation for their hard work and dedication to their job.

Recognition Accessible In One Tap

When an employee receives an SMS recognition notification, they can now preview their Ecard without the need to log in. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: You’ve got a text!

The user gets a text notification informing them that they have received an Ecard from their employer, department or a peer.  

Step 2: A seamless process

The SMS message will contain the name of the sender as well as a link to view the Ecard details.  
Step 3: No time to log in? No worries

Access the full details of your Ecard with one tap of the link.  

Step 4: Ready to claim your gift?

Simply click on the “log in” button to access your Ecard on the platform.  

Step 5: Your Benefits platform awaits

Once on the platform, you have unlimited access to the rest of the features and benefits waiting for you.  

This feature comes as standard with your recognition platform. Users can send SMS alerts along with their Ecard by simply selecting the toggle on the confirmation screen. SMS recognition costs 4p per send.
