Step One: Provide a QR code  

Once scanned, the unique QR code launches an online form.  

Step Two: Entering in the details

Simply search for the employee’s name, include your reason for nominating, and add a personal message.

Step Three: Confirm your Ecard

Once created, your nomination can be reviewed before submitting. The employee will receive a notification informing them of their nomination. To empower positivity without boundaries, all external nominations are anonymous.

Step Four: Easy reporting

Conveniently housed within the reporting tab on the HR dashboard, external nominations can seamlessly be tracked and viewed.
