One of our main aims at Each Person is to create the ultimate feel-good package for employers and employees to create a positive working environment built on appreciation.

We are always looking for ways to make our platform even more engaging and accessible for our users.

Over the past few months, we have been working on features to improve Each Person on desktop and mobile, there is plenty more to come. 

We understand the importance of rewarding and recognising your people to improve staff retention, productivity, and morale. So all our new updates and features have been designed to consider your people and create a smooth, beneficial experience for everyone.

Without further ado, let me introduce the new updates to our Each Person app!

Don’t miss out on an easy and accessible way to view your account and shop with your Epoints - download the Each Person app! From the Each Person app, you can access the dashboard and features that you love from the desktop version.

Face ID / Touch ID

We’ve noticed some login problems on the Each Person app, so we thoughts we’d make life a little easier and take the hassle out of remembering another password!

Our app now offers biometric login so you can access your account efficiently and hassle-free. This feature is only available to devices with Face ID or Touch ID. The swift login process means you can spend, save, reward, and recognise more easily than ever before.

Push Notifications

Never miss an Ecard or nomination! 

You will now get a push notification whenever you receive a ‘thank you’ Ecard or nomination, an excellent way to know when you’re being recognised. With real-time notifications, you are notified as soon as recognition is sent to you so you can send a ‘thank you’ Ecard in response and share the love.

If you do not have our app downloaded already, these updates will automatically be implemented once you download it to your device. If you have the app already downloaded, update it from your device’s app store to benefit from these features.

As for Each Person news, we have a couple of recent updates!

EAP

In May of this year, we partnered with Care First to introduce a brand new Employee Assistance Programme to offer your people support with their mental, physical and financial wellbeing. 

With 27/4 support, flexible access options, and advice on various subjects, you can show your people you genuinely care about their wellbeing.

Introducing an EAP to your company can be beneficial for your business as well as your employees. Care First data shows that you could see a 60% reduction in depression & low mood, a 35% reduction in workplace stress, and a 45% reduction in absenteeism. Happy employees, happy business. 

For just 25p per employee per month extra, you can give your people the support they may need in a way that suits every individual because each person matters.

Diesel Card

Something for our Diesel Drivers: our Each Person Diesel Card is getting a major makeover! 

If you have already signed up for the Diesel Card, you will know that we have listened to your feedback and are taking action to create the best product we can for you. 

From July, our revamped Diesel Card will offer plenty of exclusive benefits, including up to 40p off every litre and the ability to roll over any unused balance onto the next month’s payment. 

We’ve been working hard to increase our garage coverage. You’ll now be able to use the card at 50% of UK garages including Shell, Esso, Texaco and BP.

The process is simple: set your monthly amount to pay into the Diesel Card at the beginning of each month, take your card to the garage and use it to pay once you have filled up. Your discount and balance will show in your Diesel Card account, so you can always check how much you’ve spent. Anything unspent will either be converted into an Each Person voucher for you to spend on thousands of products on our shop or deducted from the next month’s payment - the choice is yours!

The relaunch will be happening this July! 

Each Person HQ Updates

If you follow us on our socials, you will have seen that we got involved in a Steps In April challenge in which we had to collectively do 3,000,000 steps throughout April to raise funds for Bowel Cancer UK. As a result of lunchtime walks, half an hour on the treadmill each day, and Just Dance, we smashed this target, reaching a total of 3,023,959 steps for a good cause.

Our employee of the month for May has been announced, and the winner is….. Waitara! Waitara is our Junior UX Designer and does an incredible job working to give our users the best experience possible. She is a worthy winner of £100 worth of Epoints to spend on our shop (and a sparkling medal to show off!). 

As a team treat, our CEO, Matt, took us to Stanlake Park Vineyard for a tour of the beautiful grounds, topped off with a wine and cheese tasting. The weather turned around for us, and we had a fantastic time drinking wine and eating cheese in the beaming sunshine. We love a chance to get together outside of the office and connect as a team.
