How to log in to the Recognition Manager

1. Open Google Chrome

Double-click on the Google Chrome symbol on your computer desktop (1). You may also be able to open Google Chrome from your taskbar (2).

  • If this is your first time logging into the system, you will need to set up an account password first. Click here for a guide.
  • Epoints admin does not work well with Internet Explorer so we do not recommend using this.

2. Open

Once you’ve opened Google Chrome, click on in the address bar at the top of the screen and type into the address bar (1) and press enter on the keyboard.

  • You do not need to put www. or http:// at the start of the address

3. Use your details to log in to the Recognition Manager

Enter your registered email address and password (1) and click “Sign in” (2).

4. Success!

Once you’ve logged in, you will reach the Recognition Manager overview screen.

When you need to log out, click on your email in the top right-hand corner of the screen (1). A menu will drop down and select “Logout” (2).
