How to set up or change your Recognition Manager password

1. Head to epoints.com/sign-in

Once you’ve gone to the Epoints sign in page through clicking the link in your set up email or heading directly to the link you’ll land on this page.

    2. Enter your email address.

    Enter your email address into sign in box.

    3. Click ‘forgot password’

    Once you’ve clicked the forgot password link an email will have been sent to the email address you provided. Wait for an email to show in your inbox from support@epoints.com. message will appear and a link will have been sent to your inbox.

    Please make sure you check your junk folder.

    4. Reset Password.

    Click the reset password link in the email.

    5. You’re ready to log in

    Please enter your new password into the log in box and press change!

    1. Click sign in in the top right hand corner of epoints.com

    Go to the sign in section of epoints.com

    2. Head to ‘profile’

    3. Click edit password

    Once you’ve clicked on ‘profile’ you’ll be taken to this page. Click ‘edit’ on the password section.

    4. Enter your new password

    After you enter your new password click save and you’ll be able to log in next time!
