How to add and edit Reasons for Recognising

1. Head to ‘Admin’

Select ‘Admin’ on the left hand side, Then click on ‘Recognition Reasons’.

2. Select ‘+ Add reason’

Once you’ve landed on the company values section, select the ‘+ Add reason’ button.

3. Fill in details

Once you see the pop up appear, fill in the relevant boxes.

As well as adding a recognition reason (e.g. Well Done, or Thank You), you will also need to give a Maximum Epoints value. When a user sends an Ecard and selects a reason, they can’t exceed the specified Maximum Epoints value set to this reason.

Then hit add.

4. Editing

You can also edit any company values and behaviours from this page by selecting the pencil icon to the right of each one.
