How to add a department

1. Log into epoints.com and select ‘Collect’ from the main menu at the top of the page. Note: You can see how many e-points you currently have at the top right hand corner of the page.

2. Search and select the retailer you wish to shop with, by using the navigation box on the left hand side.

3. Click on the ‘Visit retailer’ button. This will then redirect you to the chosen retailers website.

(The URL will track that you have come from epoints.com)

4. Continue to shop and checkout with the retailer as you normally would.

5. Once you have checked out you will receive an email from Epoints confirming that your purchase has been registered and points are pending.  The Epoints earnt will then be added to your balance within 30 days and can be used to spend on items within the Epoints shop.

6. Finally, as an extra bonus, we will top up the Epoints that you earn via collect, by 5% to boost your points balance even further!
