How to allocate Epoints to departments

1. Select from recognise from the side menu then click “Department”

From the Each Person dashboard select recognise from the side menu then click ‘department’.

2. Allocate amount of Epoints to departments

At the top of the screen, you will find the total Epoints you have available to allocate.

To allocate to a specific department, select the “Allocate” button on the chosen department’s row. This will open a text box where you can enter how many Epoints you wish to allocate to this department. If you select the wrong department, click “Cancel”.

3. Add a reason & see your total amount

You should add a reason for allocation so that the department head is aware of the purpose of this allocation for example, Christmas.

You can also see the total amount of Epoints and pounds you are about to allocate before pressing the save button.
